This document (Terms and Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons making a purchase via the very-disco website, hereinafter referred to as "Customer" and, on the other hand, the very-disco company, hereinafter referred to as "very-disco".
1. VALIDITY OF THE GCV AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These conditions concern exclusively non-trading individuals.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to natural persons who are not traders and are at least 18 years old.
The customer is understood to be any natural person who acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, artisanal or liberal activity, aged at least 18 years and having ordered at least once on the site.
The creation of a customer account is reserved for all natural persons aged at least 18 years.
The GTC applicable to the order of an article by a customer are those in force on the day of the order.
If any provision of these terms and conditions of sale is declared void in whole or in part, the other provisions and other rights and obligations arising from these terms and conditions will remain unchanged and will remain applicable.
2. THE PRODUCTS
Each very-disco product is presented on its own page.
We try to represent the characteristics of the products as accurately as possible.
Before placing an order, we invite you to study the description and characteristics of the product.
3. PRICES OF THE ARTICLES
All prices of the articles are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes but excluding the participation in the expenses of treatment and forwarding (see paragraph Forwarding and Delivery) or any possible additional expenses.
These additional costs will be added on the order summary page before final validation and will also appear on the Order confirmation page.
The items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration. They remain the property of very-disco until full payment of the price.
This price is payable in full and in a single payment.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination.
These customs duties and taxes, if any, related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. very-disco is not required to check and inform its customers of the applicable customs duties and taxes.
Very-disco products may be subject to spontaneous promotions. The duration of the promotion will be specified on the homepage of the site very-disco.myshopify.com
4. ORDER
The customer can place an order on the website very-disco.myshopify.com
A) Ordering process
Orders are placed and received only via the Internet and processed by very-disco.
To place an order, the customer must choose the product(s), add them to the virtual cart by indicating the desired quantities, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
The Customer must go to the "Shopping Cart" page and once the contents of the shopping cart are verified, he/she must click on the "Confirm my order" button.
The Customer must then enter his email address to log in, create an account or continue as a guest.
If the Customer has an account, he must fill in the "password" field and then click on the "connect" button.
If the Customer does not have an account, he/she must respond to very-disco's proposals to receive promotional offers by email and then click on the "order now" button.
The Customer must then fill in the "your address" field.
Then, the Customer must transmit his details: name, first name, date and email address and click on the "validate" button.
The Customer must choose one of the proposed delivery methods.
Before clicking on the "Submit" button, the Customer may check the details of his/her Order and its total price and return to the previous pages to correct any errors or modify his/her Order.
The Customer must select one of the proposed payment methods and fill in the necessary information.
Confirmation of the Order implies acceptance of the GTC and formation of the contract with very-disco.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.
An e-mail confirming the Order is sent by very-disco to the Customer, with a summary of the Order.
very-disco reserves ownership of the items until the order has been paid in full, i.e. when very-disco has collected the price of the order.
B) Modification of the order after confirmation
Any modification of information transmitted during the order process requested after confirmation of the order is subject to acceptance by very-disco, which will make its best efforts to verify whether the modification is feasible and the possible additional costs.
C) Validation of the order
very-disco reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk in its eyes.
very-disco reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons and, in particular, if the quantities of products ordered are unavailable or abnormally high for buyers who are consumers.
very-disco undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks.
If one or more items ordered are not available, very-disco undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and, if necessary, to reimburse the customer within 14 days of payment of the amounts paid. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is offered by very-disco in metropolitan France.
The customer can choose the following delivery method:

Excluding the periods of sales, any order placed on the site of very-disco before 7am Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be prepared the same day, subject to validation of payment.
The average time of receipt of an order for which delivery has been requested to an address located in metropolitan France is 5 working days from the date of order.
very-disco undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the customer within the time limit specified.
If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days from the delivery date provided for in the order, and if this delay is not due to a case of force majeure or due to a fact falling within the remit of the delivery service provider (particularly in the case of an option for delivery to a relay point), the customer may cancel the sale by sending an e-mail to the address contact@verydisco.fr.
The sums paid by the customer will then be entirely restored to him.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer will check the conformity of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken item, defective ...) must be notified to very-disco, by mail, telephone or directly via the contact form on the page "Contact Us".
Any claim made after a period of 72 hours will be rejected and very-disco will be released from any liability.
If the above conditions are met, very-disco will then proceed to reimburse the defective product(s), the customer may place an order again and very-disco will then proceed to reship the missing product (subject to the merits of the customer's request).
6. PAYMENT

Validation of the payment
The payment is validated upon receipt of the additional information requested in case of payment by credit card requiring additional checks (see paragraph Fight against credit card fraud).
The payment of the Order by the Customer is irrevocable, subject to the right of withdrawal, and constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract with very-disco.
Once payment has been made and the order has been definitively validated, an e-mail confirming the order, indicating the products ordered and a possible delivery date, will be sent to the Customer.
The order will only be considered final once very-disco has sent the confirmation email, and the sale of the product(s) will only be confirmed once the corresponding price has been paid.
In case of delivery of the products and default of payment, very-disco reserves the right to claim ownership of the product(s) delivered.
7. SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
very-disco implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the very-disco.myshopify.com website.
In this respect, the website uses a secure payment module of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) type.
8. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
very-disco may occasionally offer "promo codes" to reduce the price of certain products or delivery services.
It is up to the customer to insert the promo code when placing the order on the payment page.
Each coupon code has its own conditions which are indicated by very-disco in the presentation of the code (either on the website or by email).
The promotional code cannot be combined with other current promotions, except when very-disco specifies this.
The promo code may be limited to a specific part of the products sold on the website.
If a promotional code is not used correctly (abuse or in case of technical problems) very-disco reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it, without affecting orders already confirmed by very-disco.
9. FIGHT AGAINST CREDIT CARD FRAUD
very-disco reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to adopt all measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is the one who placed the order, in order to avoid any fraudulent payment.
This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or residence and/or bank documents (RIB or cancelled check). The absence of a response from the customer to a request of this type within 2 days following the request made by very-disco will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent claim.
very-disco will also be free to cancel an order directly if it presents one or more risk factors of fraudulent use of a credit card.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law in force (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a right of withdrawal which allows him, within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, to withdraw without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
The Customer who wishes to withdraw from an order placed on the very-disco website must therefore send the form below, completed within 14 days of receiving the order, to the following e-mail address: very-disco.myshopify.com

Customer shall further follow the very-disco product return process as set forth below in order to obtain a refund for their order.
11. RETURN AND REFUND
Time limit for returning an item
In accordance with the law in force (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 clear days to return a product ordered remotely from the date of receipt of the product and without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and at the latest within 15 days following the date on which he/she exercised his/her right of withdrawal.
Conditions of return for refund
The returned item(s) must be new and unused. They must be returned in their original undamaged box.
Without the packaging, it will not be possible for very-disco to identify the references of the returned product and to put it back in stock.
very-disco will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
The customer must keep the proof of deposit of the package which will be given to him by the carrier. In case of loss of the package, no refund will be made without this proof of deposit.
The customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of deposit of his return package to make any claim relating to his return.
No claim will be accepted after this period.
The customer will have to transmit his complaint directly via the form of contact present on the page "Contact us".
All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, very-disco will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage makes the items unfit for sale.
If the return is refused by very-disco, then the items will be returned to the customer at very-disco's expense without the customer being entitled to any compensation or right of refund, except for the subsequent exercise of warranty rights on the goods sold.
Refund of returns
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, very-disco will refund returned items within 14 days of the goods being returned to stock.
12. LIABILITY
very-disco is automatically liable to the customer for the proper performance of the contract concluded with the customer.
However, very-disco shall not be held liable for the non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, the occurrence of an event attributable to the customer or any unforeseeable and insurmountable inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
The very-disco site contains hypertext links that may lead to other websites. Very-disco cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites if they contravene the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, illustrations and images reproduced on the very-disco website are the property of very-disco under copyright law for the whole world.
In this respect and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, any total or partial reproduction of the very-disco website, its brands or content published on the very-disco website other than by your own staff and for non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without prior agreement.
